It doesn’t make sense for me for her to be written like a consistent hot mess/disaster when she’s just a girl version of Finn. Cake wanting to date a human was odd. The writing is so bad and contrived. It’s missing all of the soul of adventure time. The show is vapid and empty. There’s no deep messaging the way there was in adventure time.
