>9/11 canonically happened in 616

Do you think any Marvel superheroes feel guilty over being unable to stop the attack on the Twin Towers?
>>
How would Spider-Man stop a plane?
>>
>>153944986
hyper cock
>>
The bigger problem is that Marvel has to replace 9/11 with a in-universe stand-in event now with Captain America being defrosted after it
>>
>>153944986
Webbing.
>>
>>153945009
So much for "World outside your window".
>>
>>153944939
Pretty sure that due to the floating timeline superheroes didn't even become a thing until 10 years after 9/11
>>
>>153944939
They should feel twice as bad for not stopping the warhawks responsible for the Afghanistan war which caused 9/11. Or do only American lives matter to them?
>>
>>153945305
why would they feel bad about fighting the terrorists?
>>
>>153945305
>do only American lives matter to them?
Why didn't Afghanistan's superheroes protect them?
They have their mutants too, therefore their own x-men.

Shut up, cuck

I feel a strong urge to be like Bendis and treat time-travelers like they came from their real-world publication date instead of when they should be now so you have Spider-Man who never heard of it, Spider-Man that gets confused and thinks it is about the world trade center bombing, Spider-Man who is crying under his mask, and Spider-Man who was was a little kid when 9/11 happened.
>>
>>153945325
Terrorists which the US trained, and only turned evil when they realized they were being used to ransack their own countries
>>

If you are stupid enough to fall for amerigolem tricks you dont deserve to go on a revenge jihad
>>
>>153944939
Anon we’re at the point where 9/11 happened before Pete was born

If some asshole gives a chimp an AK and he shoots up your neighborhood with it, sure you put the chimp down, but it was the asshole’s fault for giving the chimp an AK in the first place. The asshole is saying “look! Look how violent these chimps are!” And then mouth breathing retards just go “yeah, I guess chimps really are violent savages”, while completely ignoring the fact that it was the asshole that gave him the AK precisely to shoot up the neighborhood in the first god damn place! I’m so sick of mouth breathing retards. SICK OF IT

No way in fuck is Peter only 25.
>>
>>153948205
That’s how old he was in the first game and that clearly stated he was spidey for about 8 years. I couldn’t see Peter being much older than 25 in the comics they’re not letting him be 30 certainly
>>
>>153944939
Thanks to the sliding timescale none of them would have been active
>>
>>153945009
They have that event in canon, the Siancong War. It's a pre Marvel age war where everyone with a military background participated in.
>>153944986
He can stop a plane. ASM #1 had him hijack a jet fighter, so the height isn't an issue.
>>153945009
The current Captain America book is a flashback series that has him in Afghanistan by extending the period between Cap unthawing and joining the Avengers to weeks/months instead of days as seen in Avengers #4.
>>
>>153948205
He's the same age as Cyclops
>>
>>153948205
Even if Peter was 30 (which Marvel doesn't want to admit) him being 30 now would've meant he was born in 1996 or 1995 so he would've been 5 or 6 on 9/11.
>>
>>153949574
Forgot the rest of the post, so in that scenario he would've been around to see that, maybe he might've gotten affected by it but it depends on how much of a guilt angle you want to go with (and where he was in New York at the time, if at all). He's approximately the same age as Johnny Storm and Cyclops, so those two may not be affected similarly with guilt

Regardless of that Marvel editorial still believes Spider-Man is in his mid-20s or younger despite how it doesn't make sense
>>
>>153948337
aren’t there multiple heroes who’re immune to that
like off the top of my head most of the immortals (Wolverine, Thor, Dr. Strange) just aren’t affected by it because duh
>>
>>153944986
If not the plane he could have probably done something to recuse more people.
>>
>>153950428
You’ve got Nick Fury Sr, Dum Dum Dugan, and Black Widow too
>>
>>153944939
It was very weird that Marvel declined to have the superheroes fight Islamic terrorists explicitly the way they explicitly fought the Nazis, the Soviets, and the Viet Cong.
>>
>>153950670
The funny thing is that they had some Arab hero, the Arabian Knight, press ganged by Saddam during Desert Storm.

They had Dust say she liked the burqa after the Taliban forced her to wear it and Kamala Khan was created to be Islamic propaganda at the behest of her creator, who is Huma Abedin's cousin and was likely given power because she had access to the Obama White House. And Kamala continues to be pushed despite selling terribly and hardly anyone watching her TV show.
>>
Just say that during kang dynasty the twin tower got also hit(the it happened after 2001)
>>
>>153950908
That would be like saying Ultron did the Holocaust in 616 instead of the Nazis.
>>
>>153950895
>Huma Abedin's cousin
really?
