Rugrats is such a strange franchise. At no other point in history could that series have been as successful and long lasting as it was. Frankly I have a love-hate relationship with the series at this point. Having said as much I still think that awful reboot should have followed the children of the original babies.

Having Angelica follow in Charlotte's footsteps seems like the path of least resistance.
