I also have to wonder what happened behind the scenes because normally Terry Dodson's art is good but stuff like this page looks like he was phoning it in.

Evil that Men Do and Songes are the last two comics he's done good art for. I don't know if it's an inking or coloring thing but his work has gotten looser and less detailed over the years since then.
