How come sci-fi adventure comics don't exist anymore?
>>
No market. People who want sci adventure would rather read a novel or watch a movie or tv show.

Superhero comics.

Comics have shrunk year over year for the last century. Capeshit became the last real seller left in the biz, and the leftwing retards who took power over the last 30 years grew to resent that so they torched it to ashes. Now even capeshit is dying despite all the noise they make about whatever hogwash dog water title they force out of their asses, meaning anything truly worthwhile can only release through crowdsourcing efforts. Comics are already a niche, pulp sci-fi is a niche within a niche. Same reason you dont see many pulp fags on this board to begin with. Normalfags see it as oldhat or plain uninteresting and the diehards keep quiet because they dont want their hobbies raped.

Planetary romance stuff like Flash Gordon and John Carter still pop up occasionally.
