The only evidence of her being smart is that she uses a tape recorder to record Nicole's promise of her taking her daughter to see Daisy on Ice and manipulating her by playing said promise.The next two episodes by production order develops Anais' character more. While she had a minor role in The Party, the two lines she has paints her as being more intelligent than Gumball and The Genius fully establishes Anais' status as a child prodigy.
