I was just watching SpongeBob and i noticed some similarities between the episode Hooky and the biblical tale of the Garden of Eden, with SpongeBob being Adam, Patrick being Eve and Mr. Krabs being God.>at the beginning of the episode, Mr. Krabs warns SpongeBob to not go near the hooks or he will die, just like how God told Adam to not eat the fruit or he would die>eventually SpongeBob goes to Patrick and sees him playing with the hooks, SpongeBob gets worried but Patrick convinces him that nothing bad will happen if he plays with them, just like Eve convincing Adam to eat the apple>Mr. Krabs eventually notices that SpongeBob is missing and goes to look for him, only to find him and Patrick playing with the hooks, he scolds him, just like God scolding Adam for eating the apple>the next day, SpongeBob plays with the hook yet again but the hook becomes attached to his pants and eventually becomes naked, just like Adam felt naked after eating the appleHowever, in the end, Mr. Krabs forgives SpongeBob after he learned his lesson while Patrick ends up trapped in a tuna can, which could be an analogue to being trapped in hell for not changing his ways.
