Study the style of the show and try to match it. Making two big circles for knockers make it stand out so you need to blend it in. If the image is blurry make sure your stuff is blurry as well.Final tip if your using photoshop (I'm on cs6) you can make Actions which will make your work much easier for getting your routine started.
