New they wouldn't likely kill the mission. It'd be a cheap cop out if they had and Tigra's become too much of a mainstay (alongside the others). Plus, this is the inky big Tigra content she's had in years, and the artist loves drawing her.
I think when they mean the Mission, they are referring to the team, not the murdered sentient house. It is confusing.
