I asked TGM's director if they had to get permission from WDA to start showing (mammal) characters without gloves (a holdover from the B&W years when most of the characters were black-furred) and he told me there was never a conversation about it and no one objected. Honestly surprised. The bird characters tended to hail from the color years so there's this 50/50 split with some of them wearing gloves and some not.

Personally and no animation team will get disney to approve this, but I think ducktales, darkwing duck, goof troop and tailspin are the same universe. I guess tailspin would take place from 1950 to 1970 since we never really see modern aircraft or technology in it. Or at least I dont remember any. Ducktails is 80s and 90s. Wing and goodtroop are 90s to 00s.Quack pack is in that weird universe shared with humans. Chip and Dale are alt universe with mouse detective and the rescuers where animals are sentient but dont interact with humans directly. Chip and the gang might exist in duckberg world but they are the size of mickey mouse. House of mouse is probably in the Roger Rabbit and Bonkers world where all of these characters are just cartoons that live along side humans. Roger and bonkers exist in duckberg world. Jessica and baby Herman do not or are altered to be anthos. Jessica would be a cat or dog styled like peg or Roxanne. Also none of this really matters. Animators are silly people trying to get around asking Disney for permission to use characters. They'll never owe up any of this
