A coworker took a pic of the crowd. Some elementary school kids were there, but it was mostly teenagers and young adults. No other full-on cosplays, but a fair number of people wore clothes themed after their favorite characters, especially Jax and Gangle. No incidents during the movie, everyone behaved, seemed a bit puzzled at times.
The only problem with the Jax flashback is how it made Caine's adventure look like fun before Pomni arrived, when the implication is that they were always hellish, which is why Kinger's group abstracted. I know Jax may be the first abstraction he was not partially responsible for, but Caine still pushed him and everyone else into the nightmare hellhole that was the circus. It's like Ribbit and Kaufmo enjoyed the circus before Jax went schizo, and that makes no sense for Kaufmo, who wanted to escape more than anyone. The adventures are not meant to be fun for anyone but Caine.

If they built the circus back together and just found a way to continue living, that would have been a perfect 10/10 for me.
