The action was fun, my problem were the character outside batman and gordon, who were flat as fuck(even his catwoman , who he usually write decently)

It's pretty damn bad. You usually hear about how heckin bigoted and racist it is or whatever but the biggest problem is that it's just a fucking incoherent mess, and not in the same way Dark Knight Strikes Again is where it's a trainwreck that is genuinely fascinating to witness. It's just boring and feels like Frank is making a shitty bootleg of himself.
