Renity's situation with Oficus becomes a lot less cute and sad now that it's revealed she's completely aware of Oficus' desperate pining and has decided to play dumb and give her hope instead of being direct with her supposed friend.Renity seems to be exhausted by any relationship that requires effort or investment on her part. She dropped Korpus when his growing casteism would have required her to confront Korpus and deal with a difficult issue in their relationship which would have required clear communication and honesty about feelings. She completely stonewalls Oficus while acting oblivious and friendly in a way she's clearly aware is fuelling Oficus' feelings, doing nothing to dissuade them or be open to her pupa pal while saying those feelings are irritating to her with other people in her circle.She seems to gravitate to relationships that are "easy" and don't require much effort on her part. With Yttris he's so eager to please she doesn't have to put anything into it to get love and affection back. With Dmarko he's so emotionally unavailable that she doesn't have to try at all and can just use him as a venting wall because nothing she could say could upset him, he's not a relationship to her and is instead just somewhere she can dump her emotional frustrations without having to support him back since he'd never actually bring up any emotional stuff she'd have to support him through.The latest Prisounebound updates make me think Renity is a genuinely manipulative and scummy person with no real regard for others feelings despite taking pride in her role as the master of love and feelings.
