Everyone wanted more serious stories and continuity. People didn't even bother giving the show a chance, and I was unfortunately one of them. Watched it long after the show was canceled and found myself throughly enjoying it. I'm glad it at least got two seasons but wish it had just one more to wrap things up.

This definitely feels like the most hated/debated TMNT show, but I think it's my favorite. I thought the new angle on the turtles and their roles in their family was interesting, and the animation itself was gorgeous. I even liked April. It was just fast, fun, funny, and pretty, and I'm not immune to that.
