I love how the trailer opens up with Woody having to move on from his new life's calling from 4 because it was never based in reality and this movie wants to actually focus on a topical real world occurrence.

>>154143333It's weird cause it made sense with the previous flow of time, when Andy aged in real time. But Bonnie seems like she's aged like two years since Toy Story 3 but they have to make jokes about Woody aging in toy terms, to acknowledge the elephant in the room.
This seems like so much better premise than 4, but how the fuck do you make it a happy ending? They really are being replaced. This isn't like 1 where Buzz and Woody can both get Andy's attention.

>>154145032They were bad movies, the difference is that I'm not a furry.Zootopia 2 was a downgrade from the original, hoopers really felt like a direct to video idea stretched out the best criticism I can give is that everything bad that happened was a direct result of the main cast actions which is a rare thing for Disney to do, unlike wish there is a world were a more competent creative team could have made a great movie over an average movie out of it.

>>154140185I re-watched Toy Story 4 on Sunday on The Wonderful World of Disney. And it's pretty bad. Most of the toys really just sit around the RV and don't do anything. There is no real villain in the movie unlike the first 3 movies. There really are no suspenseful "do or die" scenes like the escape from Sid's house, the plane scene, or the trash incinerator scene.Forky is stupid, all he does all movie is say he's trash and tries to kill himself. Bonnie doesn't do much in the movie either except sit around the RV, she's pretty indifferent to her toys all movie. The romance between Woody and Bo-Peep isn't even appealing and doesn't even feel like a real romance. The movie isn't even as good as the "Toy Story That Time Forgot" Christmas special.Toy Story 5 is probably going to suck too.
