Just a few chapters back, when Red showed up again, Annie said it had been "years" since they last talked, meaning more than one, meaning she's at least 18 if not older. It's been a lot harder to tell the passage of time ever since Loup showed up because the comic hasn't been marking out school years like it used to, so that's the best we've got.

Annie started year 10 (before she got held back a year) in chapter 51, so she was 14-15.Then an unknown amount of time later they freed Jeanne. It wasn't a full school year, maybe a couple of months.In chapter 67 she says that Jeanne happened "several months ago" and then she goes back to the forest to get twinned.In chapter 69 Tony says that Annie went in 6 months ago.It's pretty safe to say that she's 15-16 at this point.Afterwards there were some time skips but no exact time afaik.In chapter 80 while investigating Annie's merging Jones mentions her old classmates still having homework, so she's not old enough to graduate at that point.I don't think there was any age regression in Zimmiland. She's still a teenaged school girl.
