Is she the only MCU legacy hero who was a direct improvement over the original?

Kate Bishop
Kamala Khan

She's played by my wife so obviously

Helps that Scarlett Johansen is a bogged charisma vacuum who always acted like capeshit was beneath her.

Weird but I kinda agree. Especially for Kate Bishop. Her MCU character was cute and quite fun.

America Chavez only because the bar is that low

I’d say Singer’s X-Men improved some of the characters
>Rogue
from cringey to something else. She seems cliché, but her inner turmoil and the way her powers are portrayed are more interesting than in the canon, where it’s just annoying to read her speech bubbles. Cajun sucks
>Wolverine
A little better than the OG because he doesn’t repeat his babble all the time. Also more focused on his best features: being hot and violent.
>Nightcrawler
That scene is worth 1,000 Nightcrawler stories

There are cases where the influence of outsider media is so great that people forget what the canon was like. Superman is the prime example of this. Does anyone remember the character as he was before any adaptation? No. From the radio show, to the Fleischer cartoons, the TV series, and especially the Reeves movie, that one really shaped people’s perception in a powerful way. Mainly because it turned Superman into a symbol of hope

MCU? Ugh, I don't care about those movies. It was crazy how the entire Avengers cast were such great actors. And like, half the characters weren't good and only the other half were, but overall the material didn't do the actors justice.

michael douglas & michelle pfiefer worked as reverse legacy characters and were upgrades

Will a new Task Master appear or is the character dead for good? Disney Marvel is weird about continuity. It looks like they were going to make a Task Master centric movie with Black Widow, but looks like all that road map movies got scrapped in between?

I hate how the opening of X2 makes Nightcrawler seem super cool then it turns out he's a boring loser.

I actually liked kamala Kahn even pre MCU but thats cuz i thought she was cute/sexy. Is the ms marvel show good? I liked the daredevil born again episode with her dad in it

The BW one is dead. Perhaps they'll try to make a more comic accurate Taskmaster in the soft-reboot.
