The only thing that looks like a traditional action cartoon in decades being animated on like 10s should help people understand why nobody makes these cartoons anymore, if they can rub two brain cells together

Will wait and see." The people comparing it to ReBoot are right, but I loved that as a kid, so maybe I'm just the target audience.

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to have the same amount of development in its characters as ReBoot did, and I can see where people complaining about Gameoverse's pacing comes from. There's also the fact that some people suggest that its "trailer" was really the epilogue, but even that feels poorly executed as we'd only have 3 minutes worth of Gobbles' introduction.

The melodrama scene was bad and it didn't do anything interesting with the video game thing. The main character is a Megaman pastiche who visited a Donkey Kong Country pastiche and it did nothing with that juxtaposition.
