What age does /co/ think childhood actually ends? Everyone talks about it, but nobody agrees on the timeline. Legally you're a child until 18, but most people separate childhood from the teenage years. I was born in 1999 and I cannot remember anything past 5, so my childhood begins in 2004 because it's the farthest my memories go. I vividly remember watching baby shows like the backyardians and I vividly remember the hype surrounding the first SpongeBob movie as that was my first cinematic experience my parents took me to see. Around the age of 12 I began to loose interest in childrens media and began to develop a stronger interest in video games so I wasn't watching much /co/ media around this age but I did see wreck it Ralph and it was mainly because of the video game references. Anyways I believe that childhood is the age range from 5 years old until you turn 13. So for me that span the first SpongeBob movie all the way up to the first Wrek It Ralph movie so basically 2004 to 2012 which was the Iraq war era and the Bush and Obama eras.
