Some things I want to compliment on this show I did not see anyone making a comment.The backgrounds are really cool, the entire vibe of coral riffs and tropical islands combine with the unique architecture and environment really gives the world personality. Even each stadium having it's own theme and personality does wonders to establish everything.At same time the worldbuilding so far kinda sucks bad, I really don't like they only have 5 teams and is all focused on this one city. Same problem I had with Kipo where the localized setting does not match the intensity of everything that is going on, I hope they develop this side more, but I'm also a fucking nerd that cares too much about those things, is far from essential for the story. I wonder if they are going to pull an inazuma eleven at some point and make them play against aliens or monsters.

Just watched Episode 5.I think Callisto escalating to the degree she did was meant to be in response to getting her foot injured during the episode, but if it was they should have played it up more. Any theories of what could be these "Mystery Guys" from the Opening? I am still curious whether they will be enemies of the past whose actions are still ominous in the present or future, upcoming enemies; and if its that's the case for the later, wonder what could be their role considering that Sugoi would become active as a villain later in the season?

For one we see she doesn't have her diadem anymore. But she's on the field so presumably playing without it anyway. And her position with the rest of the Knights also implies something.
