I have realized that I am experiencing massive amounts of modern 4chan NTR bait thread fatigue and massive amounts of modern Venom fatigue. In this thread, post any art or OC whether art or written having to do with those aliens made of slime and goop that happen to be rather clingy.I'll start with the one that is purportedly deadlier than the male.
What color Venom is best? Blue, Purple, or black? I have to say, I think Black with blue highlights has always been the best.

After reading Carnage Unleashed, and the scene where he goes through the computer wires, it made me think about Venom 2099 and if I would have done him differently or wanted a different design. Perhaps more tech based? Or maybe even more exaggerated alien powers? Like maybe a hivemind of symbiotes that meant Venom 2099 constantly had multiple heads kinda like that one miniseries. I dunno. My main gripe is that I believe the symbol should have more substantial legs and cover more of the torso.

This idea is best left during a time where normal Spider-Man has been successful/interesting for a while. And it works if done where in the 616, MJ is feeling left out/closed off from Peter's superheroics, and if she encounters Eddie/Flash or the symbiote itself and begins to inquire or try to overcome her fear that way. Obviously it will not be fully done through just talking so at some point she would need to bond with it in order to escape some sort of danger. Then that gets the ball rolling and perhaps Eddie is set onto his own arc where he tries to work and get along in life without the symbiote. Anyway, for MJ, she would learn a lot about how Peter's heroics work.Some fun could be had with her fashion modelling and the symbiote being able to create clothes. Perhaps her career takes off even more.But at some point, her emotions causes the symbiote to grow unstable and she becomes a yandere or she becomes a little brutal with the crooks. Or she masters it just as Eddie comes back and needs it back. She decides to hand it bsck as she now finds the whole journey a little too much but now that she is able to be superheroic, she now finds a new level of responsibility within and taking care of the symbiote was akin to taking care of a kid, perhaps. And maybe Peter arranges for a spider for her to take care of and it might be a totem that she could decide to have bite her in case she needs superpowers again. I dunno. I wrote that fast and loose but I believe 80's-00's Spider-Man could have easily had this idea play out and work out to be a memorable arc. A yandere AU would that goes further would also be kino.

Something about the symbiote I like is that is something that slowly becomes more and more "marked" by its presence on Earth and contact with humans. I like the idea that Peter's mind imprints Julia's design onto the symbiote rather than it being a primordial symbol of Knull. And I like the symbiote growing sentience over time rather than it being scheming and conniving immediately.

Look up complete Marvel reader order and use batcave.biz and then you'll see what those are and where to read it. There's a good chunk of Remender's 2011 run that is alright. But the main shit is the Todd ASM issues, the Erik Larsen ASM issues, and the Mark Bagley ASM issues as well as Maximum Carnage. Maybe some Ultimate Spider-Man issues 33-38 for the art.
