Why did Grogu stopped using Force heal and didn't even use to save mando from the dragon snake poison in the movie?
Simple, farce heal has a cost, correct me if i'm wrong, since I didn't watch Rise of Skywalker, but in that movie, Kilo dies by using Force Heal to revive Rey, sacrificing his life force to bring her back. My theory is that Force heal can work two ways, the healer can use their own life force to heal their "target" or use the target's own life force to heal them, Grogu doesn't know how to use his own life force.
That's why, after he healed Karga from the poison from that pterodactyl, we see karga visibly aged in season 2, he healed karga, but reduce his life expectancy by a significant margin.
When we see karga in mando season 2, he has a white beard, when we see him in season 3, he's noticinly fatter and slower, and he dies soon after.
Now, of course this was directly affected by carl Weather death IRL, but it fits in Universe.
So the reason Grogu didn't heal mando is because he knows it would reduce his already, by Grogu's standards, shot life, and this should be done as the very last resort.

They could've easily tied all these side stories together and culminate it into one New Trilogy with Kyle Katarn, Baylan's character being repurposed and 'transformed' into Jerec (as Baylan's actor has unfortunately passed). Make Desann and Shin Hati part of the Seven Dark Jedi. If 'Dark Jedi' is too complex for Disney viewers, name them the Knights of Ren or something and have 'Ren' be some important Sith lore figure.
The Trilogy is focused almost entirely around Lightsaber combat, with occasional blaster combat being employed by the Mando and whoever else disney pulls out of the hat.
Every movie should have at least 2 duels -> one where one of the 7 Dark Jedi get killed and another climatic one where the main Dark Jedi of that movie dies.
Reinforce Luke's Order being the upgrade and 'correct' version of the Old Jedi Order by having clear romantic attachments, with Kyle especially skirting the Dark Side for the sake of his.
Simply rename the Imperial Remnant to the 'First Order,' referencing Palpatine's first and final directive to reformat the Empire upon his death.
First movie is setting up the hunt for the Valley of the Jedi and the Dark Jedi uncovering Sith artifacts, slowly beginning to call themselves 'Sith' to mark their inevitable return.
Second movie is Jerec getting backstabbed by Desann in typical Sith fashion after Kyle falls to the Dark Side for a moment and gets BTFO for it.
Final movie should be a bunch of Jedi vs the newly-christened 'Reborn Sith' at the Valley of Jedi. Marka Ragnos shows up, Desann and Tavion both die in combat, foreshadow Krayt and the Yuuzhan Vong.
None of this will happen, of course.

Honestly the one thing that Disney managed to get down was the style of the empire. I actually like the outfits they rock now instead of EU which was just a stormtrooper but recoloured. However much of the new imperial troops are just Imperial tank driver/shoretrooper but recoloured

Absolutely hated those few years when Lucasfilm was pumping out increasingly niche stormtrooper variants. I mean, what the fuck even is a "shoretrooper" anyway? What do they do that necessitates an entirely new set of mass produced armor?
