Let us read every TMNT comic ever made. This is going to be a long one. This is the reading order I am using.https://eliasrwrites.ghost.io/tag/so-you-want-to-read-tmnt/Previous thread >>154222470
>>154236416That is an owl that hates his job.
>>154236544>>154236551This is some masterful bullshitting. I respect it.
you think that cow would lick anything?
>>154236737I still don't know how they came up Cudley, but I want some of it.
Boco is a loser
>>154237330Thats not chocolate, Don.
>>154237440Check out that burned in image of Jughead Double Digest in the last panel.
>>154236809I just got the 4 figures from Neca lol.
>>154236427I think I get why this guy is poor. A bus ride from Lousiana to New York and back around '87 would take most of the money you'd get from pawning a friggin' crystal ball. It's not a giant diamond. This is hardly a get-rich-quick scheme!
>>154237902Yep, it's awesome having the wrestling stuff all together
>>154237115I mean, the logic tracks. It's just that the bridge is out.
Oh joy, Donald Simpson's art.
>>154238472That top panel is a reaction image goldmine.
End.
>>154238594Yesssss. Best villain.
>>154238460QUALITY
these fucking faces wtf lol
>>154238005>Hirobyl...How in the ultraviolet fuck did it take me over 30 years to get that?
>>154239323Heh, yeah........I don't get it.
>>154239340It could just as easily have been called Chernoshima.
>>154239363Ohhhhhhhh....
So between Archie and Saturday Morning Adventures, which is the superior 87-themed comic?
>>154239397Apples and oranges. They're both pretty great.
>>154237084>"And the lesson learned?">"???"kek
>>154236469You can sort of see she was supposed to be black.
>>154236623>toitles FINALLY
>>154236737Aw yea here we GOI don't think Cudley was in the cartoon?
>https://imagecomics.com/creators/kevin-eastmanKevin looks so young
>>154237419Rocksteady looking kina "me and the boys" in the second panel
>>154237530Oh hey, I actually had this issue
>>154237925"Sons of Silence" sounds like a weird performance art troupe, maybe from Germany. And hey, they look the part, too!
I still have a bunch of issues of this somewhere in a box. The series as a whole was way better than it ever deserved to be. Growing up i was so fucking pissed the book never offically finished the story. They had a preview for the "final arc", but fron what i remember it had to be rehashed due to the book about to be cancelled or something. Something like two decades later, some members of the original comic got a kickstarter and actually made the last part. It was a good closure although i suppose not the offical ending. Offical enough for me.
>>154238127Oh hey, it's the War of the World's Martian ship
>>154238629Too bad IDW wasted this villain's potential.
>>154238514Black Raph just looks so awkward in this issue.
>>154238468Uh, that skirt doesn't really cover much, mi amigo
>>154238588That entire issue is.
>>154241801Again, if someone has it or knows where to get it tell me and I will post it.
>>154238105So Krang's just gonna sell the Earth's coordinates to the Tyranids? What a dick!
>>154236809>That one Triceraton wondering what he is doing in this sub-standard story
>>154238594The CEO of Kiwi farms?
>>154238468>I AM JAGWAR!>I greet you in peace.Getting some mixed messages here
>>154238532Oh god, that middle panel, with the turtle's faces as they're given a direct view of jaguar-man ass>"Dude, can we just stop for a minute to get you a longer skirt?">"NO! THERE IS NO TIME!"
>>154238546>Suddenly Don Simpson remembers how to drawI guess drawing pretty girls is the only thing that gets him to make an effort?
>>154242826Can relate.
>>154242654He's just there undercover, plotting how to steal Cowlick technology for the Triceraton Republic, since Utrom and Transmats aren't in this universe.
>>154238421I just realized, this artist has already drawn Cudley without his signature cowlick from earlier appearances
>>154236947SO TOPICAL!
>>154243375That was back when it was just science, before it became a political football
>>154243499It always was political football, there was never any science. That's why its changed its name so many times.
>>154243523I'm afraid that's horseshit.>inb4 "they said it was global cooling in the 70s!!"Also the name was changed primarily because retards who don't understand how averages work kept saying shit like "it snowed yesterday, guess that's it for global warming!"
>>154243523It didn't become a political football until the 90s when politicians first began talking about ways to stop it, and the oil companies sat up and took notice of the possible finanical costs to them. Before that, it was all academics, not politicians. The tobacco industry had built an entire cottage industry running since the 1940s for pumping out fake papers that showed there was no consensus that smoking causes cancer, and as that industry rapidly shrank, the groups they'd set up found new funding from the oil companies, to publish junk science saying there's no consensus that warming is happening/man is causing it/there's anything that we can do about it.
>>154243499I'm afraid it's been political football since it entered entertainment media.t: polar ice caps were supposed to have melted away several times by now
>>154243634Predictions are tricky, but the numbers don't lie. We're on our way to things being fucked
>>154243578>>154243615>>154243692I always forget how well brainwashed people are and, for some reason, keep assuming they are acting out of ignorance instead of malice.>>154243634Yep.
>>154243741ironic
>>154239397Fuck, I’m going to miss Saturday Morning Adventures so much. I was so happy having my boys back in a project that respected them.
>>154246560It's for manchildren
>>154247893Yes, like me, I’m going to miss it.
>>154247893Where the hell do you think we are?
>>154247996>>154248031Go back to Technodrome forums
>>154248055What are you talking about? The majority of the Technodrome forums hate the ‘87 toon with a burning passion.
