He will then from here turn NYC into a concentration camp and herd flatscans into ovens prior to the Xorn retcon. He had gone the opposite of soft and should, at the very least, be indifferent and it would just be proof to him that flatscans need to be wiped out even more because if they'll do this to their own people, imagine what they'll do to mutants.
