The new Loud House 10th Anniversary comic just released today. I don't know what's in it since I haven't recieved it yet, but I wonder if anyone else has or will soon? I think it's cool such a big milestone was commemorated like this at least, even though it's entirely possible they simply switched the cover of a regular release to this tenth anniversary one. I guess we'll know when we read it. I'm personally hoping it's a collection of slice of life vignette comics with self contained invididual stories rather than something with a big overarching central storyline like Space Case or some of the others.Frankly the cover of Loud House volume #25 about a year ago marking twenty five comics was fancier with all the special foil on the hardcover but there's still something I like about the simplicity of and mise en scene of this one, the feel. Very classic. Maybe it's just the psychological effect because of what it's celebrating. Anyhow, thought it merited a thread, hopefully someone scans it for the people that can't get their hands on it normally.

>>154240955So what's Lily's special thing anyways now? She's not the baby anymore and she's been growing up.
>>154241104I'd imagine instead of doing baby things, she does toddler things instead. Surprised TLH even went through the vast effort of setting the show slightly in the future. I haven't seen the show since its 3rd or 5th season, so I wanna know if episodes still center around Lisa or not.
>>154241426Every sister still gets their own focus episodes. Off the top of my head, Lisa had one where she coached Lynn's football team through pure analytics but didn't make any account for player chemistry despite Lynn's protests and the moral of the story was that she had to see past the numbers and start regarding people as human beings that don't work like robots.
>>154241485Awesome! I kept hearing a bunch of soiboi "reviewers" talk about how the show isn't "slice of life" anymore and instead focuses more on Lisa's weird experiments. Good to know those worries were unjustified and I can continue watching TLH without my overall opinion of the show being tainted.
>>154240955Got any pages?
>>154241495>>154241495Cartoon reviewers kek. But I also have to admit Lisa still also gets her share of Dexter's Lab superscience episodes if that's whalt they mean, don't get me wrong. But she's had those since s1. It's like anything else, there's good episodes and bad ones, but the overall philosophy of the show is still squarely slice of life. That said, I would avoid the four (?) episodes featuring real ghosts they've had across the past five seasons. The only good one they've had is one where Lucy is trying to write a spooky story and in that one it's just a ghost in a story. Cool episode by the way, here's a screencap. It hasn't officially aired in the US yet, I think they're saving it for Halloween.
>>154241671>The only good one they've had is one where LucyGood enough answer for me, she's one of the best characters on the show.
>>154241104Being the bad one
>>154241677A Lucy appreciator huh? Yeah, she's certainly one of the most adored and for good reason. Possibly the best cartoon goth girl since Raven herself. You Lucyfags guys really run the racks around here lately, I must admit. Who are your other favorites, if I can ask? I'm a Lorifag, me.
>>154242026My favorite person in the Loud family has to be Luan, not just for her puns, but for her elaborate April Fools pranks. That episode where the Loud family almost moved out was hilarious and reminds me of the kind of shit Roger from American Dad would pull off LMAO. As far as my favorite Loud House character PERIOD? That honor goes to Fionna, even if she's a minor character.
>>154242084[samefag]Not "minor" in the most-of-the-Loud-family sense, but in the character-appearance sense, thought I should clarify before someone makes a dark joke KEK.
>>154241104Drawing.
>>154240955Were Peppers Primavera! and Space Case posted here?
>>154242084Wow! You've got some eclectic tastes and really unorthodox opinions! I'm totally up for them though. I'm actually a HUGE Luanfag myself, no doubt, she's one of my favorites, but for me it's the opposite, I'm most into her for those moments of just barely concealed vulnerability. My favorite Luan episode is probably the one where she thought she wasn't funny, the prank episodes are definitely fun and great cartoon outings but for me that's the foremost major classic of hers. But you're right, that is some Roger shit, I'd never thought of it like that. Oh man, or the one where she was trying to control her petty jealousy that Lucy was creatively successful right away instead of having to struggle and grind to get good at it like she did, Head Poet's Society. There is sooo much underneath the surface with Luan. Fascinating and immensely charming character.Fiona, huh? Damn, I like her too. Her body is not exactly my type, not that it'd bad but I prefer the lean look, but she had a moment where she got in Lincoln's face in a way that I don't think any character her age that's a girl and not related to him ever has, basically treating him like a peer. The Gus's games and grub episode where they were fighting for the hangout spot. That really stayed with me and I've had a bit of a soft spot for her ever since. Cute sullen sarcastic teen. Actually, if we're talking favorite Loud instead of just favorite sister, then for me it's definitely gotta be Lincoln. I really, really like him a lot.
>>154242264>then for me it's definitely gotta be Lincoln. I really, really like him a lot.Same here! I can actually relate to him too, because I was also raised in a large family with multiple sisters. (And in the same state too!) This was one of the few cartoons where most of us would watch it together.
>>154242274That is awesome. The whole story, big family with lots of sisters and a boy watching the show about a big family with lots of sisters and a boy, must have been a trip. You know, sometimes I have the thought of visiting Royal Oaks, where Royal Woods is based on. I enjoy small towns like that. Have you ever heard of it, is it nice? Also, kek, did your sisters ever admit to relating to any of the ones from the cartoon or were they too self-aware? Did they bear any resemblance to the Loud girls? I know it's a cartoon but some of them are really, really...legit as far as the type of personality they're trying to portray, in my experience, and the way they act day to day.
>>154242323>Have you ever heard of itOnly recently, I'm not from the Detroit area.>Also, kek, did your sisters ever admit to relating to any of the ones from the cartoon or were they too self-aware?One of my sisters in particular was bragging about each BF she'd be with all the time. Another one of them (my second-oldest.) would often bring BFs of her own to the house. (Fun fact, her BF is the reason I got Sonic 06 for the 360 LMAO.)>Did they bear any resemblance to the Loud girls?Sort of, my two oldest sisters were like the Lori of the family, while I had a couple twins that were basically Lola and... Lola. (It was VERY easy for me to switch their names because they were nearly-identical twins.) As for my youngest sister, she's kind of a mix between Leni and Lynn Jr.
>>154242363Damn, this motherfucker is living the life. Lori is, in my opinion as someone who was around someone like that growing up, one hundred percent the most accurate portrayal of that personality I've ever seen. I mean I don't want to get into it too much, but the awkward early teenagerdom and then blossoming into prettiness, the surliness, the incredible paranoia she was being cheated on combined with the intense love for her s/o, playing videogames as a kid but then not as a teen cuz she was too into boy bands by then, the neuroticness, I could go on and on. Anyway, one hundred percent accurate. But look at you, dude. Two Lolas, huh? That sounds tough, kek. That sounds like a tough situation. That last personality-mix sounds pretty interesting but I don't want to pry too much into your personal life. Whatever the case, it all sounds like a lot of fun. Nice childhood, dude.
>>154242457LOL, my childhood was anything but nice, but I made what was good if it count. But yeah, I too remember not knowing what teen stuff was until I was a teen myself. Hell, my oldest sister was around for talking to strangers on the internet during its earliest days and downloading stuff from LimeWire.
>>154242474Heck, I won't speculate about your life but it definitely sounds like there were good parts at least. Coming around the TV to watch The Loud House with your sisters sounds kino at least. You know there's someone in a Loud House thread I saw complaining that the show makes him mad about not having siblings, so I think it goes to show. Just one of those things.
>>154242584Yeah, it's a relatable feeling not to want to have siblings when you're constantly surrounded by them all the time, even at school! But at the same time, I think it must be pretty lonely to be an only child.
When will they do a flash forward to show off the best girl some more?
>>154242604>to be*being
>>154242238Would like to know this also, and bumping in case anyone has scans although I guess you'd have to have sprung for same day delivery since it only came out yesterday.
>>154242238Sorry, I don’t think so. Got distracted by life. I could extract them if you like.
>>154244632NTA but I would appreciate that if it's not too much trouble for you to do anon.
>>154244632>>154244932That anon here, I appreciate that too.
>>154241485>Lisa had one where she coached Lynn's football team through pure analytics So a loose Moneyball parody? Lisa being Jonah Hill's character and Lynn is Brad Pitt.
>>154245370Not really in this case since Moneyball was pro-analytics, whereas that episode was more the opposite, about how you can't reduce people to numbers to be positioned what a computer would regard as optimally without accounting for heart or what they actually want.
>>154242606>Inbreds.Lol no.
>>154245603I can only imagine what that family would look like in reality.
>>154244632Can you also repost that Fairway U CYOA story?
>>154240955Storytime or source lnk?
>>154240970You sound like my dad.
>>154244632Also I apologize in advance if you do post them and I do not thank you, I don't know if the thread will be still up when I return. I will check desu in any case if it isn't and thank you now just in case you do.
