Some of these backgrounds, scenarios and character designs are nice, specially in the prologue, and they have a very Don Bluth-esque feel attached to it, but it doesn't have the same level of polished artistry in all of the scenes, it pales in comparison with previous Sullivan Bluth Studios Ireland movies, even The Pebble and the Penguin was more polished and had a better craftmanship in general.

Some of the voice actors like Cloris Leachman and Dom Deluise had fun with their roles and it shows, but the characters are very one-dimensional, and the script was too saccharine for my taste.
