Serious answer? Milhouse is extremely lame. He's a dweeb who by his own admission says "Nerds are smart" meaning that he's not decent not even in academia. Milhuose has nothing going for him. And seems content being a sidekick for Bart.

However, that's what makes him great for Lisa. Milhouse is lame dead weight and he can be utilized to tarnish and weigh Lisa's life all the way down into the dumpster. Milhouse is the perfect punishment for a selfish bitch like Lisa after she exhausts all her options being her shitty self leading to many failed relationships. Hell a running joke for some time is that Lisa goes through a dyke phase and Lisa is so unbearably shitty that even the dykes dump her ass. This leads to Lisa's only alternative for human relations being Milhouse a below average fellow who is masochistic and can tolerate Lisa's bullshit all the while Lisa can't stand him yet the desperation is what makes her choose him even if it means stress in her life.
