Definitely 11% of my personality is making literary references nobody gets. This is because I make literary references to my own literature, which remains unpublished. Whenever there's a WYOA thread, I post art I've drawn of Deliver Us. I wait for somebody to ask what Deliver Us is, and then explain that it's my epic 1000-page unpublished manuscript about a man named Simon Thorne helplessly chronicling the story of how a fallen angel has taken over the Earth (as well as all the people involved therein.)

I was having a hard time keeping track of all the different terms. Although I guess that's just a world building thing, I know how that's like. what I got out of it it felt like medieval war hammer cross with warframe. If there is a brief overview on the basic expectation of the setting might help, like "this take place in a fantasy universe..." of certain description that people who were not familiar with specialized term can understand.

>>154290335Admittedly I don't really have a good overview document for the setting besides a messy google dock I have kept for myself. The infographics I've drawn have been a bit of an attempt to both depict the looks of the various factions of the setting as well as their tech but I dunno how approachable they have been at the end of the day. Writing isn't my strong suite mostly because I don't really have the patience for it as much as I have for drawing so making easily digestable documentation for the setting has always been more on the backburner for me.I in general just enjoy drawing more than writing.
