I got it at a Barnes and noble in NJ I think around 2012-2015. It was fairly short and very self contained, I don’t think it was part of any series. It was also in full color and had an anime art style but it was definitely western and not Japanese.

The plot was about four siblings who are supposed to become apprentices for a wizard. There’s a stereotypical teenage girl, a mad scientist boy, a gamer girl, and the youngest brother is a little chaos gremlin. They go to the wizard’s place but he’s not there, they mess around with his stuff and then by accident the youngest brother gets turned into a frog. The plot is about the other 3 siblings trying to find a way to change him back.

The book came with stickers, and I think there was also a part where they cross a river inside bubbles
