The way I see it the brain scans aren't 100% accurate, so reactions to things could be dialed up or down way too much. Like the machine can 'see' that someone like chocolate for example, so when they get their brain scan file created the system things they REALLLY love chocolate. The fidelity isn't great is what I'm saying. It's like trying to digitally recreate a world in a 256 color palette. The general data is there but not completely 'accurate'.
