Da Rulez are to cap off repeating wishes that are either evil or went out of hand and even then are pretty lax since Timmy alone constantly fucks shit up but the general goal of wishes are for the maximum enjoyment of the Godchild. Pixies meanwhile don't care about happiness or trust the imaginations of others. They want everything orderly and lame and warp wishes to fit their vision.
The Genie meanwhile has no cap but doesn't actually want to grant wishes or help anyone just be free. Anti-Fairies are pure chaos thjat spread bad luck.
