2026... I am... forgotten....
>>154369824I never forgot that seizure warning, that was the most memorable thing about the whole film.
>Brave>Inside Out>The Good Dinosaur>CocoHard to believe Pixar only released 4 original movies in the 2010s
>>154369998Well that and Helen's ass.
>>154369824Of course it's forgotten. There's nothing memorable about it.
>>154369998https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GxaDFGCwffUi remember seeing this in theaters, it was some porygon episode shit, very obnoxious
>>154369824still haven't seen it
>>154373153You've still got time. Incredibles 3 is another two years away. I kinda need it to be the last one
>Incredibles 2>Into the Spider-Verse>Ralph Breaks the Internet>Hotel Transylvania 3>The Grinch>Smallfoot>Next Gen>Sherlock GnomesEven if it didn't reach the original's quality, it was still the second best CGI movie of 2018
Sexual intercourse with Violet.
>>154369824Obviously not, since all the whiners on this board keep bringing it up.
>start of the movie>Incredibles fight a supervillain which results in collateral damage>Which makes the public still dislike supers>End of movie>Incredibles fight a supervillain which results in collateral damage - also many heroes were hypnotized into crazy shit on live TV>Public suddenly loves supers again and lets them be re-legalized???
>>154373381*violent
Beginning the film right at the Underminer was a mistake.
>>154375315and still the underminer fight was the best thing about this dogshit movie
for an entire movie with helen's phat ass on screen, i did not feel like coming on said screen, which was a failure of the movie in my opinion
>>154369824Still don't know why they went for a direct sequel instead of an aged up adventure.
>>154375836Gotta keep the Parrs recognizable! Gotta get those sweet sweet baby joke bucks! I'll be impressed if they actually commit to a timeskip with the third film
>>154369824I still question why this couldn't have followed Violet and Dash as adults.
>>154377114see: >>154377078
>>154375836Brad Bird more or less said "The Simpsons never timeskipped, so why should I?" and sees the family as family archetypes with powers to match rather then actual characters.
>>154369824Rightfully so.
I don't think Bird will ever surpass his first two movies
Reminder that Iron Giant was the next movie by that WB division after Quest for Camelot
>>154369824Good? It was an awful sequel.
The Incredibles definitely wouldn't exist without The Iron Giant. It's sort of an Ico/Shadow of the Colossus situation
>>154373381How old is she?
>>154378697and this is wb's upcoming slate. nothing has changed since the quest for camelot days
>>154369824I only just watched both of them last year for the first time, and this was very good. I was surprised to see the hate for it here and elsewhere. The main flaw I think is not pushing the timeline forward I guess or maybe not having a more bold direction, it's a pretty simple story. But the action and animation and stuff are great. Pretty top tier capeshit imo.
>>154379681>The Lunar Chronicles wazzat
>>154373207Imagine if next movie, Helen looks at Dash that way. Or Violet.
>>154379214Enough.
>>154381277She's 14 though, that's way to young.
>>154378405>and sees the family as family archetypes with powers to match rather then actual characters Precisely. Bird never intended to do a time-skip sequel because that would take away from each Parr's powers complementing their personality and role within the family.
>>154369824It was even more UN-necessary compared to Toy Story 4 & 5Pixar is sequels-only now
>>154378405I didn't think Brad Bird could be that mistaken.
