I'm overthinking this probably but Hank kind of sucks as a villain already. Siobhan in this episode was a silly gag villain. Clark basically handled her like a toddler holding a tantrum, but she was also able to tear Hank's face off unintentionally which nearly sent him into an unhinged rampage. Meanwhile she isn't able to damage Clark at all. So clearly Hank is just straight up inferior to Clark in terms of raw power and this isn't even a powerscaling autism thing it's just illustrated in the show as-is.

Its so hard to keep Superman stories grounded in a way that makes people maintain the suspension of disbelief.
