Also they play on fact he doesn't have/isn't ready for web shooters yet. An he's more of a spider human hybrid which allows for interesting power/body horror moments in light regards. That and his book actually was more in the light hearted/easy to pick up for younger audience is why his book sold out many times. Overall good kid really just got screwed his og writer went to write superman. I prefer him over miles mostly because miles is oversaturated at this point, but really hope bailey doesn't get that way either. Plus bailey actually has a fun personality especially when he's going through his homeless arc which really made him stand out to me, a bit of a brat/street wise kid who uses his powers even when his own life is shit is truly classic spider man.
