Bertinelli provides a different angle as a rogue vigilante not related to Batman.There are too many sons, "daughters", and alt descendant versions to make Helena Wayne special anymore. Plus adapting her would involve a future setting , making her isolated, or a time travelling / universe-hopping plot where she'd become out of context.

I prefer Bertinelli, but there should obviously be an Earth 2 with Helena Wayne Huntress. Honestly I think it would be cool if DC gave us an Earth 2 that kept up its real time aging + golden age debut, and we could see what the post-Infinity Inc teams were like.
