What’s the best starting point for Tintin? I heard the “Tintin in X place” titles aren’t that great.
>>
>>154469273
Cigars of the Pharoah (4th book) is more like the rest of the Tintin books than the first three, but the one right after, The Blue Lotus, is when he started doing proper research.

Inn what sense european fantasy is different from american and japanese fantasy when it comes fo comics?
>>
I’m asking more out of curiosity, but has Europe ever had a cape/superhero scene or is it niche?
>>
>>154470628
I've only heard of Superdupont, which is a gag comic.
>>
>>154470628
2000AD might be the closest but it's understood to be schlock and treated as such.
Euros are slightly more grounded and into stuff like Modesty Blaise, Cat Claw or the license production of The Phantom.

>no moomin
No.

I want to get more into reading European comics instead of just skimming for nude scenes.

I've seen some interesting ones that take place in ancient Rome. One cool one with two cool male protagonist bros on the cover, that looked fun. Any good suggestions?
