last few days have been really rough. Every now and then I go through a spell where my already bad sleep just gets worse so the sleep dep is really getting to me. It feels like I'm already going through some kind of cognitive decline even though I'm not that all. My memory is just gone. I lost a library book as well as a really important local tax bill and I just can't find either one of them anywhere.The fatigue is so bad that I barely have energy just to get out of bed let along cook, clean, or even go to the gym. I was doing ok with going to the gym for like two weeks but with the recent heat wave and lack of sleep that's just fallen apart.I haven't lost any weight and even though I don't look too terrible I need to lose like 50 fuckin pounds. With the aftermath of that one girl leaving me so quickly what little self esteem or self confidence I may have had is just completely gone. I pretty much have no hopes of ever finding anyone at this point. I'm just trying to keep it together until the TMS treatment starts in like a week and a half.
