A better question is, why are there regional animal languages, and why do different animal species in the same region speak the same regional "animal language"?

For example, why does Jebbie Cho speak "animal Korean" that can't be understood by most humans or animals outside of the Korean region, and not specific language tied to the species of "ferret"?
