Plus basically everyone has some time in their life where they need to lift a box or move some furniture and being able to do that easily/without injuring yourself is really nice.Like honestly twice a week with a full body split of compound movements is enough to get 90% of the benefit, and it's super quick too.I really need to get back into running, anyway.
