When you think of the most evil characters in Cartoon Network history, you usually hear Aku from Samurai Jack or HIM from Powerpuff girls, but not Katz.Obviously he's not as powerful or as capable as either Aku or HIM, but that makes him worse lmo. Katz enjoys making others suffer before killing them either by feeding you to giant spiders or turning you into various mechanical objects and having you fight in a arena gladiator style to the death. And that deadpan stare of his that only turns to joy when making others suffer.Katz is a psychopath in a kids cartoon.
