Keeps making stuff that plays to the most popular aspects that old and new fans like, mostly by making decent games without obnoxious writing. Meanwhile, the comics and cartoons keep getting made and rebooted and crossed over with to experiment with the occasional new idea or bringing back an old character, or whatever, so they can gauge what could be put in the next video game.
