Not his facial features, it's fine not to exaggerate those under a mask, it's what they're for, but he seems to just be staring off.Maybe could have shown him holding and looking at an empty Batcowl or a snapped in half Batarang in his left hand?I'd even go overboard and put a little Bird, Caveman head, and Zombie head in the corners to reference Bird, Trogg and Zombie.

Give him some dark blue veins popping from his arms and neck.
Pretty good use of colors. I like the texturing for the Venom.
