I'm looking for a comic that got posted here 10+ years ago. It was a dystopian future society where a militaristic police force was in conflict with a cult of naturist hippies that were growing and having sex with genetically modified plants. The character was a former Swat officer. I don't know if it was something published or just a web comic. I also don't remember if it was in colour.

Was just coming to post this. I was shocked to learn from Humphries himself that it wasn't satire. He really believes in the future people should be allowed to fuck dogs and plants with no judgement or shame.
