It's not even Absolute, DC is sitting on at least 4-10+ unannounced books/creative teams that'll get rolled out between October to February. At least 1 or 2 of those books is probably coming out in October is why DC hasn't dropped solicits yet.
DC roasted marvel at NYCC last year for the same reason because that's where they announced their Vertigo line up and teased Next Level books+creators while Marvel was announcing the end of Ultimate, a ASM/Symbiote crossover that had like 10 writers, some event I can't even remember the name of, and Williamson's Iron Man.

Image hasn't dropped theirs yet either I don't think so they might have a handful of books they're going to announce at SDCC too.
