Some of the lowest lows the comic has to offer was when they decide to do original arcs, like with the Emerald Spears or the X semi crossover. I feel like the only parts I can say I truly enjoyed about it were the episodic issues that focused on the everyday lives of the robot masters. Those were at least novel and brought something new to the table. Even then they were few and far between and are mostly there to buy time for the crossovers. When the fucking filler issues are a highlight, something has seriously gone wrong.
