You know what would be funny?If after hanging out with the Fox X-Men in Doomsday, the Avengers find out about mutants already happening in their universe and decide to try to prevent the mistakes that led to the disasters and hellscapes in the Fox X-Men universe.I.E they try to brief 616 Xavier early, try to get the mutants briefed and schooled/babysat early, try to make sure 616 Magneto does not become 616 Magneto, try to make sure the humans vs mutants conflict does not happen, try to make sure the government does not go full retard about mutants, etc, only for it to all happen anyway
