Simon Baz, but he never gets Green Lantern powers and he constantly gets blamed for terrorists attacks while committing smaller crimes. Like the one time Simon stole a van, but it so happened to have a bomb in it. So He drove the bomb into a non populated area to detonate it safety. Of course the authorities labeled him a terrorist and hunted him down. Or that other time he managed to get the entire Justice League to hound down his ass over a misunderstanding
