I think I have everything that was available if anything is missing, all the old rips as well as the 720p ones (though like you say, those are missing a few episodes because I don't think they were ever made available on KiKA) and whatever subtitle files there were, though those were far from complete. I remember the English dub Oscar (I didn't see the original dub) went through like 2 voice actors, his first one he sounded way too old and the second one was a bit better but not much. Also they changed the names of a bunch of characters.

There was apparently a point and click adventure game based on this cartoon.

its one of my favorite series in general. i love Oskar. i love Count Von Horrificus. And i like the slice of life and episodic narratives that have small improvement arcs for each character. I wish the movie was made. The 3d render for Oskar looked marvelous.
I used to have a blog for them but my pc just died and i've been rogue/phone posting ever since lmao. I still want to make a homage to this series and fanworks of sorts. it has so much potential for a movie, even that the story is not that much of high risks, i still find myself found of Oskar. I just love vampire characters that are not able to drink blood. and are torn appart by wanting to live among humans or their own kind. anyway i love this show.
