A Storytime of the 67 page 2003 webcomic Dystopia
This is Issue 1 of 3
It’s actually pronounced Dice-Topia, the comic title.
(Hence the pronounciation)
Crash Nutria here is canonically a distant descendent of Reiko from the authors previous comic Flying Suit Reiko which it shares a universe with (an alien species from that called a Mylarian cameod a few pages back). She also inherited the maternal curse from her blood line which makes her horny. Yeah, long story (maybe I’ll link to that when I’m done this)

And here’s some art of Crash Nutria in color alongside Reiko Kobayashi and Honeo Death.I’m going to be storytiming Muertitos soon. The original 2001-2002 run is abour 150 pages and will be done on Thursday(it’s just ok), the main 2004-2008 rebooted run of around 580 pages will be done Friday through Saturday. (Do not miss that one it’s fantastic). If you want something in the meantime read back on this Storytime of the previous work of this author, Flying Suit Reiko(1999-2002) >>154942625

Saving this for later. Did we ever have a 3rd FSR thread OP or it was only >>154951891 and >>154942625 ?
>>154984872That was all of Reiko, but there was a short comic from 2002 in there too
>>154985006>that was all of reikoAw man. I kinda liked that series. Very charming.
>>154985089Over 400 pages aint a bad run back then. Have you read this authors stuff before or are you new here?
>>154985241I did back then on YouTube but I was a kid at the time so I forgot their name
>>154985510…uh…ok, don’t really follow.Favorite Reiko(s) issue or character(s) the
this was fun
People might jump down my throat for this, but this writing reminds me a lot of the good seasons of Rick and Morty.I think I saw >>154979668 and >>154979714 referenced years ago as a comparison, actually. I know I've seen those two pages before.
>>154987403Under what circumstance?
well it sure is something from 20 years ago written by a teenager
>>154987523I don't remember exactly. It was a really long time ago. Decent chance it was on a forum that is now defunct, now that I'm thinking about it, and it might have predated Rick and Morty altogether. But the tone and punchline for a lot of the humor really reminds me of early Rick and Morty (or maybe I should say it the other way around, since this is so much older).
