So the Star Wars movies, even if they weren't established as works of fiction within the Marvel Universe, would have some questionable implications on the world building if they really happened in 616 as presented. So let's for example assume that instead of having micro-organisms in their cells that connect them to a mysterious energy field like in the movies, the 616 version of the Jedi have something akin to the X-gene that allows them to connect to the astral plane, while the Ideaverse Jedi do just have the micro-organisms like in the movies.
